Unique Designs' Web Packages - Terms and Conditions
- A 50% deposit is payable at confirmation of commissioning Unique Designs with the remaining 50% payable on uploading to the hosting account and the website going 'live'.
- The Web Packages included "Domain name" allows for .co.nz or .com any variation to this may incur a higher fee.
- Photos, graphics, or images after the FREE amount offered in the Web Packages are charged at $15.00 each.
- The Web Packages hosting supplied on Unique Designs' hosting plan (after the FREE month) is to be paid in 3 monthly installments, ie. 3 x $29.95 = $89.85 every 3 months.
- The Web Packages FREE hours of updates to the website cannot be accumulated month to month if not used.
- All website text to be used on any of the Web Packages is to be supplied electronically ie. supplied on disk or via email.
- The Web Packages do not allow for integration with credit card companies for fully automated payment of products or services from your website. E-commerce facilities will incur a higher fee.
